Shipping:

• FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Delivery Time: If your order is processed through Amazon's logistics service, most domestic orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days.
• Overseas Warehouse Delivery Time: For orders shipped from our overseas warehouses, we also commit to rapid delivery, with most orders arriving within 1-5 business days.
• FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) Delivery Time: If the item is not in local stock, it will be shipped directly from China. International orders typically take 7-25 business days, but most arrive within 14 days or less.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the weight, size, or destination.
• Shipping Methods: We use a combination of FBA, overseas warehouses, and FBM to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If the item is not in stock locally, it will be shipped using Amazon's official FBM logistics partner, Yanwen Logistics.
• Order Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Returns:

• Return Policy: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. As long as the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit the "My Account" section at the bottom of our ShinYue official website and find the "Returns" entry. Follow the page instructions to submit your return request. Our staff will review your return request promptly and contact you. Once your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
• Return Costs: There will be no return processing fees. If the product is returned due to quality issues or problems that occurred during transit, all costs will be waived. For other circumstances, customers will bear the logistics cost of returning the product to our designated address.
• Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Refunds: After we have received and inspected your return and it is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
